When you use the verified enquiry form, soapplied uses the information you provide and the verified email address to assess the enquiry, reply to you and manage related follow-up.
Email verification
Email verification confirms control of the submitted mailbox at the time of verification. It does not establish the legal identity of the sender.
AI-assisted triage
Enquiries may be processed by AI-assisted tools for classification, prioritisation, internal notes and preparation of a draft reply. Substantive advisory responses remain subject to human judgement.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not provide consent to unrelated marketing communications.
Before production launch
This notice is a technical and content placeholder. Retention periods, processors, legal basis, data-subject rights, international transfers and final controller details must be confirmed before the form is enabled in production.
